This document constitutes the binding legal agreement between you and pisogame governing your use of the pisogame platform, account, games, and financial services. By registering or continuing to use pisogame, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

You must be 21+ years old and a resident eligible to play under Philippine law. One account per person. False registration information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
All transactions are in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits are credited after payment confirmation. Withdrawals require completed KYC and are subject to processing timelines and daily limits as specified in these terms.
All pisogame bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, validity periods, and game contribution rules. Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or exploitation of promotional loopholes results in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your pisogame account credentials. pisogame is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your login information.
pisogame provides deposit limits, session loss caps, time reminders, and self-exclusion tools. Self-exclusion requests are permanent for the elected period. Players experiencing gambling harm are encouraged to use these tools immediately.
Fraud, money laundering, collusion, use of automated tools, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited. pisogame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found in violation of these terms, with or without prior notice.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
To register for and use a pisogame account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
Registration requires the provision of a valid Philippine mobile number, selection of a secure password, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. pisogame reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any registration information at any time.
Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) pisogame account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances in duplicate accounts, and permanent ban from the platform.
Prior to enabling full withdrawal functionality, pisogame requires all players to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (such as a UMID card, Philippine Passport, or Land Transportation Office driver's license) together with a selfie. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pisogame account credentials, including your mobile number, username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued in connection with your account. pisogame strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
You agree to notify pisogame immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to or use of your account. pisogame will take reasonable steps to assist in securing the account upon notification. However, pisogame shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses resulting from unauthorized bets or withdrawals made before notification was received.
You are obligated to keep all account information current and accurate. Changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or other contact details must be updated promptly through your account settings or via pisogame support. Outdated contact information that causes a failure of OTP delivery or security notifications is your responsibility.
pisogame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, PESONet, and QR Ph. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pisogame does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to payment methods not registered under the same identity as the pisogame account.
Deposits via GCash, Maya, and QR Ph are typically credited to your pisogame wallet within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may require up to two (2) business hours for processing. pisogame does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your pisogame account has completed KYC verification; (b) the withdrawal amount does not exceed your available real-money wallet balance; (c) any applicable bonus wagering requirements on funds have been satisfied; and (d) the withdrawal destination is a payment account verified under the same identity as your pisogame account. Withdrawal processing timelines vary by tier: standard accounts within 24 hours; Gold VIP within 10 minutes; Platinum VIP within 5 minutes; Diamond VIP within approximately 1 minute.
pisogame holds all player wallet balances in accounts segregated from company operating funds, in compliance with PAGCOR requirements. This segregation is designed to protect player funds in the event of company financial difficulty. However, pisogame does not guarantee any specific level of fund protection beyond what is mandated by PAGCOR licensing conditions.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pisogame may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱50.00 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, after providing reasonable prior notice to the registered contact details. Accounts with a zero balance may be deactivated after the dormancy period without further notice.
Each game available on the pisogame platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable game rules. pisogame shall not be responsible for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
All pisogame slot and RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems, independently tested and approved by PAGCOR-recognized testing laboratories. Live dealer games use physical cards and equipment dealt by human dealers in professionally equipped studios operated by pisogame's certified studio partners. Live game outcomes are determined by actual physical dealing — not software algorithms.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, the affected round(s) may be declared void and any bets placed during the malfunction will be refunded to the player's wallet. pisogame's decision on malfunction-related outcomes is final. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
Once a bet has been confirmed and the game round has commenced, the bet cannot be cancelled or modified except where explicitly provided for by the specific game rules. Confirmed bets are binding and results are final once the game round concludes.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by pisogame are subject to these general terms unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise. pisogame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before they may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering contributions vary by game category: slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger) contribute at rates specified in the individual bonus terms; other game categories may contribute at lower rates or may not contribute at all.
Bonus funds that are not claimed or wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the player's account. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are forfeited without compensation.
pisogame actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim a single offer, hedging bets using bonus funds, exploiting game contribution rules, or coordinating with other players to systematically extract bonus value. pisogame reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate bonus winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Decisions on bonus abuse are at pisogame's sole discretion and are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pisogame platform. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the pisogame platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of pisogame or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions.
pisogame grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform without express written permission from pisogame.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pisogame, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for lost profits, data loss, goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
pisogame's total aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of the action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your pisogame account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The pisogame platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the platform at any time with or without notice.
pisogame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
pisogame processes player personal data for purposes including account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications (where consent has been provided). Personal data is handled in accordance with the Philippines' Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations.
pisogame may share player data with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law, with payment service providers for transaction processing, and with game studio partners to the extent necessary for game delivery. pisogame does not sell player personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
pisogame reserves the right to suspend access to or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: violation of any provision of these Terms; suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering or regulatory concern; failure to complete KYC verification; or at the direction of PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.
Upon account termination, your right to access the pisogame platform immediately ceases. Any real-money wallet balance that is not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method following a review period of up to thirty (30) business days. Bonus funds and bonus winnings are forfeited upon account termination for cause.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting pisogame support. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any available real-money balance. pisogame will process the closure request within five (5) business days of receiving complete closure documentation. Accounts closed by player request for problem gambling reasons will be treated as self-exclusion and processed under Section 7.2.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute between you and pisogame arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be first submitted to pisogame's internal dispute resolution process by contacting pisogame support. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for regulatory resolution, or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines as the parties may agree.
pisogame reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of any provision) may be made without prior notice.
Your continued use of the pisogame platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure under Section 12.3.
The version of these Terms in effect at the time of any given event or transaction is the version that governs that event or transaction, regardless of subsequent amendments.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions of the pisogame user agreement.
