pisogame does not knowingly collect, use, or retain personal data from any individual under the age of twenty-one (21) years. The age restriction of 21+ is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines and is non-negotiable.
During the registration and KYC process, pisogame verifies the age of all players through government-issued identification documents. Any account found to have been registered by an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all balances will be frozen pending review, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR as required under our licensing obligations.
